Build your core and increase your flexibility with Pilates at the Club. We offer classes utilizing bands, rollers and BOSU balls through reformer. Individual, duo and group instruction is available.

Grab your friends and move like no one’s watching! Zumba Kids is the dance-fitness party where we play it loud and rock with friends to our own rules. Open to kids ages 5-14
You don’t have to be a dancer or a professional – the energy and fun spills out of the class and will have you coming back for more.
“Defined” is a strength training class that uses body bars, balance balls, and strength bands to create more strength.
