Homemade Chicken Strips and Potato Wedges

Directions

Cut in half a russet potato
Brush with olive oil
Coat with some Mrs. Dash spicy season blend (or season salt)
Bake flat side down in a baking dish

375 for 30-40 mins.

These will keep your kids happy and not wishing for those McDonalds fries.

Chicken breast (sliced in half) or breast tenderloins
Panko Bread crumbs
Season with Mrs. Dash Italian or any other flavor you desire

Directions
Dredge chicken in egg white or buttermilk
Coat chicken with Panko mixture.
Bake on greased baking dish

375 for 30-40 mins.
