More About Me:
I started taking Pilates when searching for a good stretching and core strength exercise to compliment my running. After several Pilates sessions I realized how out-of-balance my body truly was. Through Pilates I gained ﬂexibility and core strength, and started feeling stronger on my runs. Pilates brought balance to my workouts and daily activities.
I started sharing and teaching Pilates because, no matter what ﬁtness level you are at, Pilates brings the balance, core strength, and ﬂexibility that we all need to feel good in our daily lives.
My husband, Tom, and I have lived in Columbus for 24 years. I am a retired hair stylist. We have a daughter, Macey, and a son, Brayton.
