Post work-out nutrition
What should you consume right after your work-out? The intensity of your work-out will determine what nutrition your body needs. Remember that your muscles are prepared to accept nutrients right after your work-out, within two hours, so don’t wait! If you are working out to build muscle your need protein, at least twenty grams. Protein stimulates muscle repair, muscle growth, and muscle strength. Protein will continue to stimulate your muscles for at least forty-eight hours, so continue with a high protein diet.
