Here at our Columbus gym, we believe in the power of group exercise to motivate our members while also holding them accountable. Our participants receive the guidance of a certified instructor, ensuring their safety and well-being, while also promoting a fun environment designed to enhance overall fitness.
Healthy U Group exercise at Tipton Lakes Athletic Club include:
- Classes in strength training such as BOSU balance, total body workout, TRX, functional training, and more
- Cardiovascular conditioning includes spinning, group ride, Zumba, and Insanity
- Low impact yoga classes (and also Pilates and Pi-Yo) fuse breathing and body awareness with relaxation and bliss.
All current and new members of TLAC are automatically enrolled in to HEALTHY U. The purpose of HEALTHY U is to help each member experience how the club can help him or her achieve success. As a member of TLAC you are always enrolled in HEALTHY U and can always seek the guidance of our fitness professionals and programming.
Healthy U also includes:
- Fit 101– Health and Fitness consultation by our training staff, tour of our gym area and instruction on how to use all equipment. Schedule your FREE session at the front desk.
- Tennis 101 – Tennis consultation by our Tennis Director, introduction to the game of tennis and how to play. Schedule your FREE session at the front desk.
- Active U Experience– FREE 14 day enrollment in our Active U group personal training program, unlocking full access to our training schedule led by our world-class training staff.
