Very nice and friendly gym. There are many machines and a large variety of machines. The gym is very well-lit and supports many training styles.The only issue I have is that, more recently, it does get warm sometimes.
I use the gym at TLAC. I appreciate that the gym is huge. Plenty of space for everyone and nobody is on top of each other. No waiting in line for machines or other equipment. People there leave you alone so you can just lift without others judging you. Always plenty of towels out and spray for cleaning equipment. Lots of dumbbells too. Great place to work out and get your mind off reality for bit. Well run and well maintained. Thank you TLAC. I appreciate you.
TLAC has a great atmosphere, very welcoming and positive. The improvements to the facility since Will has taken over has been tremendous. I reached out to Will seeing if he would be interested in purchasing a new bar for the gym. He was more than happy to listen and buy the bar. He has gone above and beyond to improve the gym and is working every day to make the place the best gym in Columbus! Love this gym!
I have been playing Pickleball since May of 2023 and really enjoy it. I have been taking the drills and skills class with Sharon as well as a few lessons. The front desk staff is very welcoming and everyone I have met at TLAC is really nice. Sharon is a great coach and I highly encourage anyone wanting to learn or improve their game to stop in and check them out.
Went in to check out the facility and inquire about a membership. The owner took us on a grand tour of the remodeled and upgraded facility. And even spent time in the golf simulator with us. They have remodeled and put a lot of work into making TLAC a great looking and inviting place. I look forward to playing on those fresh courts!
