Policies

  1. Members can bring a guests only in accordance with the Club’s rules and regulations.
  2. Members must wear shirts and appropriate shoes for fitness and tennis courts.
  3. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for tennis private lessons and personal training.
  4. Members must give the club 30 days notice to make any changes to billing information and to submit cancellation form.
  5. Management of the Club may suspend or cancel the rights, privileges, or memberships of any member whose actions are detrimental to the enjoyment of the Club facilities by other members.
  6. The member acknowledges and accepts the risks inherent in the use of Club services and facilities and hereby voluntarily assumes the risk of injury, accident, death, loss, costs, or damage of any kind sustained by the member while on the premises of the Club. The member further certifies that he or she is in good physical health and is able to undertake and engage in physical exercise or sports activities in which he or she chooses to participate.
