Below are our most common questions about the membership contract that we get regarding Membership Change Request:
- 7 days notice from the end of the month required for Monthly Contracts - (e.g. must be filled out by 24June to cancel for 1July)
- 30 days notice from the end of your yearly commitment required for Yearly Contracts (e.g. if your yearly membership contract ends on 1July, a change request must be filled out by 1June to cancel for 1July)
- If you are on a yearly contract and you change your membership type, the year membership term restarts
- Restarting your membership after cancellation will result in a $50 enrollment fee
