Have a past due balance on your account? Here are the fastest ways to take care of it, right from your phone or the web.

How To Pay

Two Ways to Settle Up.

Pick whichever is easier - the TLAC app or the member portal in your browser. Both take just a couple minutes.

Pay in the App

Open the app and go to your profile tab.

Tap "Pay My Bill."Only available to account primaries - if you're a secondary or dependent on the account, ask the primary to pay.

Choose Current Balance to pay everything you owe, or Statement Balance to pay just what was on your last statement.To clear a past due balance, choose Current Balance.

Confirm your payment method - or tap the payment method field to add a new card - and tap Pay.

Pay in the Member Portal

Log into the portal and select "Pay My Bill."

Choose your payment method - it'll be preselected if you have one on file, or add a new card.

Choose Current Balance to pay everything you owe, or Statement Balance to pay just what was on your last statement.To clear a past due balance, choose Current Balance.

Click Continue, verify your info, and complete the payment. You'll get confirmation once it's posted.
